This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for anything purchased on ekraahmed.com — the Postpartum Nourishment Guide, any other digital product, and 1:1 consultations booked through "Work With Me." It should be read alongside our Terms of Use.
If a guide isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no detailed justification required.
Because digital guides are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately, we ask that refund requests be made in good faith — for example, if the content wasn't what you expected, didn't suit your situation, or you simply changed your mind. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show a pattern of abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund of the same product).
To request a refund, email press@ekraahmed.com with your order confirmation or the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, back to your original payment method — this typically takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
To cancel or reschedule a consultation, email press@ekraahmed.com as far in advance as possible.
These are governed by the specific agreement made directly with Ekra Ahmed at the time of booking, not by this policy.
All payments on this site are processed by Paddle.com, who act as the merchant of record for digital purchases. Once we approve a refund, Paddle handles the transaction and any applicable tax adjustment directly. You may also see communication from Paddle regarding your refund, since they are the merchant your payment was made to.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK or EU distance-selling and consumer protection law, where applicable. This policy sets out our standard commercial terms in addition to, not instead of, those rights.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
